When will I receive my order?
Generally, it takes 3–7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

When will I receive my order?
Shipping times can be difficult to predict. You can track the production times of our products and add additional days for shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that processes orders using facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, orders will be fulfilled and shipped from the facility best equipped to handle them efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are beyond our control and are set by local customs offices. Customs regulations vary by country, so please check directly with your local customs office to determine if any duties or taxes will apply to your purchase.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by taking the following steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to see if the package is there.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at Gymbull under "Contact," including your order number.
If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipping partner. They have facilities worldwide, and depending on your location, orders are fulfilled and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. If you have questions about tracking or your shipment, contact us under "Contact."

I received the wrong or damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within one week with your order number and any other details about your order under "Contact." We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please have photos of the issue ready, as we may need them to provide a solution.

What are your return policies?
We work with a print-on-demand provider that creates items only after they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, we encourage you to think of the environment and avoid ordering unnecessary products.
If there’s an issue with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact us via "Contact" if something is wrong with your order or if you are dissatisfied.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please reach out to our customer support via "Contact." We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to request photos and additional details of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider that produces items only when they are ordered, we currently do not offer exchanges.
To avoid unnecessary production, please consult our size charts available in each product’s description to ensure you select the correct size.
Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this happens, let us know within one week of receiving your order via "Contact." We’ll respond promptly and ask for your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will then send you a replacement or issue a refund.
